  • 4 medium potatoes, unpeeled and diced
  • 1 cup diced pumpkin, peeled
  • 2 sage leaves
  • 100g Camembert cheese, diced
  • 10 ml warm milk
  • White pepper & nutmeg
  1. Boil saucepan of water with steam basket and steam potato, pumpkin and sage, with the lid on, for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Drain water and place potato and pumpkin in saucepan. Return to stove on low heat to steam dry the potatoes for 2 minutes. Shake the pot to stop the potato and pumpkin sticking.
  3. Add the Camembert, warm milk and seasoning. Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy
