- Soak diced potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Boil saucepan of water with steam basket and steam potato for 15 minutes with the lid on.
- Drain the water from the saucepan, pop in the potato and steam potato dry for 4 minutes with lid off shaking the pot so the potatoes don’t stick and burn.
- Crush potato with masher then add simmering milk, oil and seasoning.
- Beat potato until fluffy.
