Roast Spuds

  • 1kg baby blue potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 spring of rosemary
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt flakes
  • Cracked black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Peel and crush garlic, roughly chop rosemary.
  3. Add potatoes with skin on, garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper to a roasting pan.
  4. Roast in oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
