- Pre-heat BBQ.
- Cut potato lengths wise, then cut each side into quarters.
- Skewer potato with a stainless skewer leaving a few millimeters between each piece. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Slowly barbecue potato skewers on the BBQ plate, not over full flame.
- Turn skewers over every 5 minutes until potato are fully cooked.
- Brush with BBQ sauce.
