Smokey BBQ
Potato Skewers

  • 4 medium blue potatoes, skin on
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 tbsp smokey BBQ sauce
  1. Pre-heat BBQ.
  2. Cut potato lengths wise, then cut each side into quarters.
  3. Skewer potato with a stainless skewer leaving a few millimeters between each piece. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Slowly barbecue potato skewers on the BBQ plate, not over full flame.
  5. Turn skewers over every 5 minutes until potato are fully cooked.
  6. Brush with BBQ sauce.

You can use a griddle pan and a stove top instead of the BBQ
